GapForApp is operated by Andrii Lapa (sole proprietor) — "GapForApp", "we". Support: support@painfinder.app. By creating an account or buying a plan you agree to these terms.

Free includes 30 credits per month to run your own reports plus previews of every public report. Pro ($39/month) includes 300 credits per month and full access to every public report. BYOK ($14.99/month) connects your own LLM API key — report compute runs on your key, with no credit limits. All plans connect your own Reddit account (OAuth) and include JSON / CSV / PDF exports.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders — Paddle provides all customer service inquiries for orders, handles invoicing, and collects applicable VAT/sales tax. Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are described in our refund policy.

Read every report your plan includes, share specific findings with your team, and DM the Reddit users surfaced as hot leads. You may quote findings in your own product strategy work. Attribution is appreciated but not required.

You can't scrape the catalog wholesale, republish reports as your own product, resell access, or use the data to send unsolicited mass marketing. Hot leads are for one-to-one outreach about a specific product you're building — not a contact list. Reddit data is read via Reddit's official API under your own OAuth and remains subject to Reddit's terms.

Keys you connect are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and decrypted only to run your reports. You remain responsible for the provider account the key belongs to and its usage costs. Disconnect a key at any time from Integrations.

Reports represent our best read of public Reddit signal at the time of generation. We don't guarantee any business outcome from acting on them. The buying-intent quotes are verbatim user statements, not commitments to buy from you specifically. The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We'll update the date at the top of this page if the terms change. Material changes will be announced by email to account holders.
